Shot blasting

In order to provide high coating adhesion in powder painting, it is necessary to prepare item surface carefully. For this purpose, "New Constructions" plant uses shot blasting.

This technology is optimal for finishing details of complex geometrical form and large components which are difficult to be worked by hand. Shot blasting machine is the equipment allowing for carrying out surface cleaning works with maximum precision and productivity.

When a product goes through a shot blasting chamber, its surface is "blasted" from all sides by shot of different specified sizes. Thereafter the product surface becomes absolutely clean because shot removes all remainder of dirt, oil or rust.
