Anti-corrosion protection of metal wire products

Most metal wire products are made from steel and finished with anti-corrosion painting which protects the steel from aggressive environment and corrosion. Within "New Constructions" plant, we use zinc protective coating. When exposed to aggressive environment, zinc dissolves very slowly. Because of this, it protects the basic product.

Zincing of metal wire products is carried out through the use of a thermal diffusion spraying machine. Powder with high content of zinc is poured in the capsule filled with workpieces. Due to the process of diffusion, zinc molecules penetrate into surface layer of steel thereby forming zinc coating of the product.
